Sheraton Hanoi Hotel

Everything is perfect at the Sheraton, from the check-in experience, the maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel, the comfort of the beds, the peace and quiet, the view from the window and the friendly, helpful staff.

Reasonable value for a brand hotel. The hotel staff were delightfully courteous and unbelievably helpful considering the level of English not their lingua franca.

The facilities in the hotel were good, the staff was friendly and well-mannered. The view from the room was excellent. Excellent hotel that I would recommend for family and friends.

The hotel is in a very good location. It has a very nice view of the lake. And in my room it has a view of a distant skyline which is very good to look at at night time. The hotel is very clean and well kept. The staff are very courteous and accommodating. They even surprised me with a birthday cake that they sent to my room. Over all it was a very good stay.
